Trustees voted unanimously to approve the Bluebonnet Transition Plan, following a presentation that also covered enrollment figures as of April 8, 2025, and Paris Junior College dual-credit participation in spring 2025. The motion was recorded as "Motion by Terry Davis; Second LaWanda Ladell" and carried 7-0.
