The North Lamar Independent School District Board of Trustees on Feb. 10 approved Construction Change Request Nos. 028R and 034 related to the Cecil Everett Elementary School project under the district's contract with Bobby Smallwood Construction Company, Inc. Stephen "Red" Holmes moved to approve the requests and Bo Exum seconded; the board recorded the motion as carried 5-0.
