Commission approves Ingram Engineering for CDBG work and signs RVRC agreement
The board approved Ingram Engineering as the county's CDBG engineer (Ingram scored 67; next firm 62) and authorized a Letter of Agreement with the River Valley Regional Commission to prepare and, if awarded, implement a FY2025 CDBG application. Commissioners voted unanimously on Jan. 7 to approve Ingram Engineering as the county's CDBG engineer, after staff presented a score sheet showing Ingram with the top score (67) and the next firm at 62. Rick Morris was present to explain the RFQ scoring and the River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC) agreement.
