On Jan. 7, 2025 the commission approved the appointment of Linda Englebert to the Cusseta–Chattahoochee County Library Board. The board packet notes a vacancy after Linda Beck’s resignation; the Library Board nominated Engelbert to fill the term through Dec. 31, 2027. Commissioner Damon Hoyte moved to approve and Commissioner Jason Frost seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
