Detention center seeks part-time educational assistant; staff say programs continue
Staff reported one open part-time educational assistant position and one employee on FMLA; leadership said remaining staff are covering programming and recruitment continues after a prior candidate failed to meet requirements.

Director Duke told the board the facility currently has an open part-time educational assistant position and one employee out on FMLA leave. “At this time, we currently still have our, part time educational assistant, as open position,” the director said, and added staff are actively interviewing to refill it.
