The Board authorized a $200,000 change order to the AECOM Technical Services, Inc. A/E agreement to fund final design, bidding and construction services needed for incorporating the Village of Marblehead's water system into the Ottawa County Sanitary Engineering District. The change order increases the total agreement to $454,250; the action was recommended by the Sanitary Engineer and approved by the Prosecuting Attorney.
