At a Feb. 3 facilities workshop, the PITTSBURG ISD board approved an early site‑work and utilities package tied to the district's bond and construction manager‑at‑risk (CMAR) process. The motion to "approve the dirt & site work BID's as presented" was made by Vernon Rowe, seconded by Mario Willis and recorded as passed by a 7-0 vote (Bryan Berry, Lawrence Cleveland, Linsey Harwell, Greg Miller, Vernon Rowe, Mario Willis and Christian Yantis voted "Yea").
