Engineer reports Phase II ROWs secured; Chub Run and Phase IV sewer projects remain on schedule but face delays

At the Oct. 28 meeting the engineer's written report provided updates on multiple sewer and mine-reclamation projects. The Phase II AMD/AML project has secured 28 of 34 rights-of-way and the environmental assessment was submitted to the Office of Surface Mining on Oct. 23, 2025; the engineer said the project is being aimed to go out for bid by the end of the year.
