Commissioners authorize utility service agreements for two Marblehead condominium developments

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners on June 18 authorized two Utility Service Agreements affecting properties in the Village of Marblehead, Danbury Township. One agreement is with William Watson on behalf of Marblehead Boat Club Condominium Association for 11180 E Bayshore Road; the other is with Susan K. Rosa for Pleasant Pointe Condominium Association, Inc., at 123 Glacial Lane. Both motions were moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler and approved with Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler voting yes.
Minutes record that the developments will be monitored via a master meter with individual retail meters. The Sanitary Engineer recommended the actions and the Prosecuting Attorney approved them; the record does not include contract terms, fees, or implementation schedules.
