Board members reviewed and approved multiple digest change requests (E&R/NOD) for real estate accounts across 2025 and 2026. The list included accounts such as Andrea Marcia Wilson Rev. Trust (43263), Botero, Daniel (75690), Cedar Crest Village HOA, Inc. (85449), Floyd, Patricia (15133), Lewis, Scott & Chastain (69502), and others. Member Gary Spinks moved to approve staff recommendations; Vice-Chairman Ben Amerson seconded and the motion passed with unanimous approval.
