The Avon City Council voted to authorize the city, through the mayor's office, to participate in the Lorain County Urban County Community Development Block Grant program and to authorize the mayor to execute the HUD cooperation agreement. The measure was presented as Resolution No. R-14-26, which the clerk read by title.
