Developers seeking a modification of the Cody Corner development agreement asked the Eagle City Council to extend and effectively restart the DA term so the project could proceed. Ben Semple of Rodney Evans and Partners told the council the DA was set to expire in May 2027 and the applicant requested a new five‑year term to restart the clock.
