The Hopkinton Town Board unanimously appointed Peggy Burnham as Lead for FEMA documentation at the Dec. 16 meeting. Burnham, a Project Committee member, reported she has been working with FEMA reviewing 48 flood sites and expects to have a comparison chart of wages and budgets next month.
