Council pledges 10-year lease commitment for archery building to support grant application

The council ultimately approved a motion to commit to a 10-year extension, "subject to being able to come to agreement upon those terms," so the club could proceed with grant applications.
Council asked staff and legal counsel to draft an amendment or new agreement outlining negotiable items and to return with final terms for approval.
