Marc Czermerys, representing RUPCO, told the Town of Hunter board that a proposed pilot program probably would not begin until 2026. Supervisor Sean Mahoney told the board the pilot will occur after a Certificate of Occupancy is issued, which makes a 2025 start unlikely.
