Supervisor Dave Fantuzzo opened the meeting and later relayed the clerk’s notice from Dell that the current support contract would expire; town IT recommended extending support for three years while replacement options are reviewed. Councilmember Tom Wetherby moved the resolution and Councilmember Phil Eygnor seconded; the board recorded AYES 4, NAYS 0. The approval directs the town to pay the quoted support fee to maintain server coverage while staff assess longer-term replacement options.
