Library Director Lori Romero told the White Pine County Library Board that Robinson Nevada Mining will sponsor the library's Summer Reading Program with a $2,215 contribution. The donation will pay for prizes, incentive awards, crafts and the Scales & Tails program planned as part of the series.
Romero said the program runs June 15 through August 15, 2026, with a kickoff that will include a tie-dye event and a Scales & Tails presentation. Registration is open and staff have prepared participant bags that will be handed out at sign-up.
