The Town Board adopted Resolution #118 to accept $33,166.00 for the Huron‑Alton Fire Protection contract. Supervisor Dave Fantuzzo opened the hearing and invited Tom LaFontaine to speak; there was no public comment and the resolution passed unanimously.
Councilmember Tiffany Smith moved the resolution, seconded by Councilmember Phil Eygnor. The board recorded its vote as AYES 4, NAYS 0 and noted the approval covers one year of protection under the terms discussed at the meeting.
