The Italy Town Board completed its SEQR review March 11 and adopted the Full Environmental Assessment Form for proposed Flood Damage Prevention Chapter amendments, issuing a Negative Declaration. Town Attorney Ed Brockman led the review and the board referred the proposed local law to the Yates County Planning Board for a General Municipal Law §239-m review. The action was recorded as Resolution 04-2025 and passed by roll call with all five members voting Aye.
