The Johnsburg Town Board voted on a slate of routine resolutions at its Dec. 3 meeting, approving a fuel contract with Maine Brothers Oil, authorizing pressure washing and staining at the Tannery property with a refundable $10,000 deposit, approving sanding and refinishing of the Tannery Pond auditorium floors after the busy season, and authorized advertising to fill a Labor 3 vacancy in the Department of Public Property.
Chair (speaker 1) brought each item to the floor, and motions were made and seconded. The board also approved seasonal hires for the Highway Department to staff plowing operations and granted a 30-day waiver so Weaver Creek Diner may accelerate its liquor application review. When the board voted to approve warrants, one member registered an opposition that the chair acknowledged. The meeting adjourned following public comment.
