Operations update: buses ready, free meals continue; HVAC and construction projects progressing

Mr. Marsh presented an operations and facilities update covering transportation, technology, child nutrition and capital projects. Marsh reviewed ongoing capital projects: HVAC project 225 is nearing completion with work at Marion, Glenwood and West Middle; a rooftop unit for the East McDowell Middle auditorium is on order with an expected October arrival; concrete project 126 at McDowell High is underway; and the West Middle/High construction has documented rain delays but is still on track and within budget.
