The Commissioners voted to keep the 2027 Sheriffs' and Constable fees unchanged. Commissioner Lonnie Vivian moved for no change; motion passed and is recorded in Exhibit C.

At the July 27 meeting the court voted to make no changes to the 2027 Sheriffs' and Constable fee schedules. Commissioner Lonnie Vivian moved to approve no changes; Commissioner Danny Collett seconded. Commissioners Joel Spraberry and County Judge Dale Spurgin were recorded as voting aye and the court approved maintaining the current fee schedule (Exhibit C).
