Code Enforcement Officer Trevor Bean delivered his monthly report, saying seven new projects this month represent $181,800 in improvements. He said the annual total for construction projects in the village now stands at 96 projects with an aggregate value of $4,617,115.
Bean told the board there are a couple of outstanding violations to be rectified within the next 30 days; no additional enforcement motions were recorded in the minutes. The board received the monthly fire-department report (Fire Chief Matt Cohn absent) and noted water/sewer commissioner Dale Leiser was also absent; Clerk Heeder reported outstanding water balances of $8,542.73 and sewer balances of $20,644.52.
