At the end of the meeting staff provided routine development updates and previewed regional planning work on the Cermak corridor. Staff reported that 7 Brew has completed permitting and expects to start construction in June with an anticipated opening in October; the 8001 Edgewater (Gables) project passed rough inspections and the first phase may open in September.
