Board approves amended Electronic Devices and Acceptable Use policy

The board accepted Article VIII.A.24 Electronic Devices and Acceptable Use of Technology 2025 as a second and final reading with a targeted amendment to the second sentence in section C.5. Clarke Nelson asked whether the qualifier language in C.5 was necessary; President Nicole McDermott agreed it was not and suggested deleting the word "chance." The motion to adopt the policy with the proposed amendment was made by Clarke Nelson and seconded by Connie Burgess; the motion passed.
