At its July 9, 2025 meeting the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board carried the Here Rentals minor site-plan hearing to Sept. 3, 2025, and approved two resolutions — PB25-04 (Miller) and PB24-05 (Prologis extension) — with Member Eric Mason abstaining on both votes.

The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board met on July 9, 2025, at Council Chambers, 320 Boulevard. Chairman Henry Dobbelaar read the Open Public Meetings Act notice and the board led the flag salute before approving the minutes of the June 4, 2025 meeting.
