Board appoints Ben Yoder to Planning Commission and approves assistant prosecutor pay raise
The commissioners appointed Ben Yoder (City of Grayling) to the Planning Commission through Dec. 31, 2028, and unanimously approved raising the Assistant Prosecutor salary from $65,000 to $80,000 after the prosecutor endorsed a candidate.

County Clerk Jamie McClain said the City requested Ben Yoder be appointed to the Planning Commission. Commissioner Kraycs moved and Commissioner Goscicki seconded to appoint Ben Yoder (City of Grayling) with a term ending Dec. 31, 2028; the board approved the appointment by unanimous roll call.
