The commission reviewed a technical correction to an October rezoning resolution for a James Marshall parcel at 3968 Baggett Road (tax map O 82, parcel 4105). The chair explained that the correct surveyed acreage to be rezoned is 1.87 acres, not the 2.3 (or 2.13) acres shown in the original resolution; the discrepancy resulted from driveway placement and adjustments to parcel surveying.
