The Select Board voted to authorize the use of the town office by the Community Fund for Londonderry (a nonprofit) for a meeting on Jan. 8 and authorized the town administrator to sign the facility-use agreement on behalf of the town. Committee member (speaker 6) moved to approve the use and the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
