The Legislature's journal records acceptance of several public-safety grants and authorizations for intermunicipal law-enforcement agreements. Resolutions include accepting a U.S. Department of Justice DNA Capacity Enhancement Program grant (25-0076), intermunicipal STOP‑DWI agreements with ten municipalities (25-0077), a 2024 Public Safety Answering Points operations grant (25-0078), and a U.S. Marshals Service Western District of New York grant for the NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force—Rochester Division (25-0079). Federal equitable sharing agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of the Treasury were also recorded (25-0080).
