On March 17 the Lansing Village Board approved Ordinance #26-015, authorizing and approving execution of a second amendment to the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the Village and OTP RE, LLC for the property at 3329 Ridge Road. Trustee Abbasy moved approval; Trustee Zeldenrust seconded and the ordinance passed by a 6–0 roll call.
