The Abbott I.S.D. Board of Trustees reconvened from executive session at 7:20 P.M. and then considered possible action on a Level Three parent appeal. Vice President Doug Pustejovsky moved to deny the Level Three grievance; Lauren Wolf seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously to deny the appeal (7–0).
