"So that this whole packet that you guys see right here in your stuff is their local service plan," the superintendent (speaker 2) said, explaining that the ESD's services are funded through three sources: dollar-in/dollar-out contracted services, state contracts, and tax‑revenue-generated general-fund resources that are returned to districts. He added the district's share of ESD general-fund resources is roughly 1%.
Board members asked clarifying questions about the plan's line items and service mix; the superintendent and staff pointed to the resource tables in the packet and indicated Architects West had received topographical survey results for planned capital work that coordinate with ESD services. The motion passed on a voice vote.
