Monroe council approves developer agreement for Richland Heights subdivision

The Monroe Common Council voted to approve a resolution authorizing the city to enter a developer agreement with Bader and Spadell LLC for the Richland Heights subdivision development. The motion to approve was made by a council member who presented the resolution and was seconded by an alder; the clerk then called the roll and all present voted "aye."
