The Marble Falls City Council voted unanimously on Jan. 6 to approve an interlocal agreement with the City of Bee Cave for dispatch services, subject to final review by the city attorney. Stacy Marberry, director of HLRECC, presented the proposed agreement and Bee Cave City Manager Julie Oakley attended the meeting.
Councilmember Dee Haddock moved to approve the Interlocal Agreement contingent upon the City Attorney's review and approval; Councilmember Griff Morris seconded. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0. The council record does not include the full agreement text or specific operational terms; the approval at the meeting was conditional on legal review, and staff will complete the attorney review before final execution.
