The council approved a quote/estimate from Pump Solutions for repairs to the river pump. Councilmember Joe Mark Taylor moved to approve the estimate and Councilmember Scottie Henderson seconded; the motion carried with five ayes (Councilmember Michael Milnes, Mayor Pro-Tem Debra Levels-McDavid, Mayor Susan Byrd, Councilmember Scottie Henderson, and Councilmember Joe Mark Taylor) and two absences (Councilmember Morris Watson Jr. and Councilmember Cecil Sparks).
