Trustee Jill LeSage moved that the Board approve Ground Force as the vendor to provide construction services for the Maintenance and Technology project and further delegate authority to the superintendent to negotiate and execute a contract in a form approved by legal counsel; Trustee Caleb Rackley seconded the motion and it passed 6–0.
