The commission held a public hearing on two zoning petitions and approved both after planning recommendations were read. Resolution 061526050 would rezone about 2.25 surveyed acres at 4809 Albert Fentress from AG-2 to RP-80; Planning recommended approval by a 7–0 vote and no members of the public spoke against it.
