The Lorain County Stormwater Management District voted to allow ditch cleaning as an eligible expense in its mini grant program. RESOLUTION NO. SWD-26-5 formalizes the change; the motion was moved by Commissioner Jeff Riddell and seconded by Commissioner Marty Gallagher, and passed unanimously.
