The Littlefield ISD Board approved TEKS certification for the 2025–2026 school year and adopted an Open Education Resource (OER) Instructional Material Transition Plan at the April 14 meeting. Trustee Reese Rogers moved to approve TEKS certification with Trustee Graham Henley seconding; the vote was recorded For 6, Against 0. Trustee Hervey Valdez moved to approve the OER transition plan and Trustee Sal Acevedo seconded; that motion also passed unanimously.
