The Boiling Spring Lakes Board of Commissioners voted 4-0 to approve a development agreement with Two Creek Homes, a deal city officials said will require the builder to meet the city’s standards for street construction, stormwater and drainage. City Manager Gordon Hargrove summarized the agreement as a tool to "advance the mutual goal of the City and the Developer in providing high-quality, attainable housing and coordinating the necessary infrastructure and facilities."
