Board members endorsed Maxwell's proposal to use I‑Tree to support the city's planting priorities and outreach materials. The suggested order for site selection was: 1) highest heat-island temperatures, 2) proximity to green space and proposed comprehensive-plan land, and 3) equitable distribution by census-tract canopy percentages.
