Planning commission certifies Magnolia Ridge Phase 1 final plat after 6–1 vote
The Blake Falls Planning Commission certified that conditions for SDFP 143192 (Magnolia Ridge Phase 1 townhouses, Lots 1–57) were met and approved the final subdivision plat by a 6–1 tally after the secretary certified compliance with prior preliminary conditions.

Mayor and Planning Commission secretary Blake Wallace certified that the conditions of preliminary approval for SDFP 143192, Magnolia Ridge Phase 1 (townhouse Lots 1–57 and associated open-space parcels and streets), have been met and recommended approval of the final subdivision plat. "All conditions of the preliminary approval granted by the Planning Commission on 05/15/2024 for SD 142999 Magnolia Ridge Phase 1 have been met," Wallace said during the meeting.
