The Harrison City Council voted on Dec. 11 to table a Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) agenda item. Will Butler moved to table the TAP item; Joe Cornell seconded. The motion carried with recorded ayes from Will Butler, Josephine Prophet, Joe Cornell, Debbie Lockhart and John Gray.
