The Mason City Commission at a March 2 special meeting approved a correction to the City of Mason Rate and Fee Schedule to conform with the Texas Administrative Code §70.3 concerning public information requests. Commissioner David Hyden moved the correction and Commissioner Annette Thomas seconded; the motion carried unanimously and the change was effective immediately upon passage.
