Trustee Robert Lima formally announced his resignation from the Board of Trustees, effective May 8, 2026. Lima said his decision was "due to changes that have been taking place in his primary employment. He feels that with these changes, he would not be able to fulfill all his obligation to the Board and the Village of Schiller Park." President Chad Meyers acknowledged Lima’s service and wished him well.
