City Manager Fredda O. Wheeler outlined Lake Toccoa and pool plans for the coming season, proposing a $1 increase to green fees and cart fees and presenting per-day pool pricing at $3, a single pass at $100 and a family pass at $170 (up to six people); senior passes (60 and older) were proposed at $75. Wheeler said she plans to run pool operations with two assistant directors and that Tom Craig will operate concessions.
Commissioners discussed facility maintenance including restroom floor epoxy and rental rules for paddle boats and the boathouse; they asked staff to consider porta-potty placement when the boathouse is rented for events. Staff will return with final pricing and operational details in time for the season.
