City authorizes contract with WSB to update Transportation Mobility Master Plan

Staff asked council to authorize a contract with WSB LLC to update the city's Transportation Mobility Master Plan (TMMP). The city's last TMMP was approved in 2020 and staff said cost estimates, project lists and best practice guidance need updating to align with current regional criteria and construction cost changes. "Updating the TMMP will position the city to upload new projects and update costs in the CAMPO regional transportation plan," staff said.
The contract is an hourly, not‑to‑exceed agreement for $81,162 with completion no later than December 31, 2025; staff estimated much of the work could be completed in about six months. Council authorized the city manager to negotiate and execute the agreement by voice vote.
