The City Commission unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 1251 to apply three zoning categories (commercial and two residential zones) to the proposed Mayra Park Unit 2 after Planning and Zoning recommended approval.

Planning and Development Director Dustin Meyer presented Ordinance No. 1251, describing a rezoning request submitted by Peter Ventura of Furman Land Surveyors on behalf of N&B Properties, Inc. The proposed unit would create three zoning categories, including commercial frontage along FM 2590 and two residential zones of varying density.
