Commission approves multi-zone plan for Mayra Park Unit 2

The proposed unit would create three zoning categories, including commercial frontage along FM 2590 and two residential zones of varying density.
Meyer reported notices were sent to three property owners within 200 feet with no responses recorded; the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval at its May 11 meeting. Commissioner Danny Potter moved, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Cody Jones, to adopt Ordinance No. 1251, and the motion carried unanimously.
